Due to UIL changes, Cross Country practices for HS will begin Monday, August 10 at 6 AM. Once school begins, they will be at 6:15AM.
JH will still start practices August 20, the second day of school, at 6:15AM.
Miles ISD has purchased this mask for every student and employee of the district. We are excited about our students returning! We will wear our face mask with Bulldog Pride!
Howard College Dual Credit Meeting
JH/HS-GREAT NEWS! We just found out that we received a grant from Walmart Giving to support Literacy at our Secondary campus! #Better Together, #Walmart Giving, and #Walmart
Thanks to local farmers and Bayer Fund, Miles ISD received a $15,000 STEM grant through @AmericasFarmers Grow Rural Education program!
Open Enrollment for new students is this week August 3rd-August 6th 8:00am-4:00pm. Make sure you have the following:
1. Your driver’s license or other proof of identity
2. The child’s birth certificate or other proof of identity
3. A copy of the child’s records from the school the child most recently attended if he or she was previously enrolled
4. A record showing that the child has the immunizations required or proof that the child is not required to be immunized
5. Proof of address, such as a utility bill
Make sure you have a face covering before entering the building. Thank you!

MINI CHEER CAMP NEWS: we have postponed mini cheer camp until October due to low numbers. All parents have been contacted, but please share just in case anyone might forget!
Open Enrollment for new students will begin August 3rd-August 6th from 8:00am to 3:00pm. Make sure you have your child’s birth certificate, shot records, and two proofs of residence, such as a utility bill with the parent/guardian name and physical address (no cell phone statements). Make sure you bring a form of identification, such as a driver’s license. We ask that you please wear a mask. If you have picked up forms from us, we ask that you return those forms completed.
