Miles ISD Teachers were blessed with a very generous gift from the Miles Ministerial Alliance. Each teacher was given money to help with needed supplies or special projects for their classroom. We really appreciate the support shown by the Minstrel Alliance: First Baptist, Miles United Methodist Church, St. Thomas Catholic Church and Trinity Evangelical Church.

Reminder for Moms of Fall pictures will be on 8/26/22 at 6:45 pm at the football field. $10 is the price. Moms please wear white tops/shirts and blue jeans. Boys will wear red jerseys.
Due to the probability of bad weather, there will be no JH/HS cross country practice in the morning. They will practice after school, weather permitting.

Helmets with Heroes will be Monday, Aug. 22 at 7:00pm in the HS gym. Athletes, bring your hero and enjoy a special evening placing your decals on your football helmet with them!

Miles JH/HS Dress Code 2022-23
Miles JH/HS School Supply list. Students schedules will be handed out at Meet the Teacher on August 15th. Students will not be required to have all supplies the first three days of school. They are expected to have the basics such as paper and writing tools.
August 3rd is the start of open enrollment! Things to bring with you:
Driver’s License
Your child’s original Social Security Card
Your child’s original Brith Certificate
2 proofs of residence (A copy of your most recent property tax statement indicating home ownership AND. A current utility bill (electric or water) indicating the home address and the parent's name.)

Open Enrollment for new students begins Wednesday, August 3rd. Hours are 8:00am-11:30am/1:00-4:00pm. Meet the Bulldogs is August 10th at 6:00pm on the football field. Meet the Teacher is August 15th 6:00-8:00pm. Freshman Orientation will be August 15th in the cafeteria in two groups by last name: A-M @ 5:30, N-Z @ 6:15. Freshman must come to this session to get your schedule, as well as, complete & sign your personal graduation plan.
